Chain plate overturning machine for treating manure and achieving sustainable development

In addition to producing meat, poultry, eggs and other products, the livestock industry also produces fecal pollution. In the early agricultural system, manure was a source of fertilizer for agriculture. With the rapid development of animal husbandry towards intensification and scale, a large breeding area has a huge amount of manure production, and the local land cannot be digested, which will have an impact on the environment. Nowadays, the constraints of land and environmental capacity are becoming increasingly apparent, and the treatment of livestock and poultry manure has become a key issue affecting the sustainable development of the breeding industry.

Composting is an important technical means for achieving harmless disposal and resource utilization of organic waste, and it is also the main way to fertilize manure. During the composting process, under artificially controllable conditions, aquaculture manure is decomposed and synthesized by microorganisms to form stable humic substances (organic fertilizers), achieving the goal of harmless and resource utilization, which is in line with ecological benefits and economically effective.

The fermentation section requires the application of various effective equipment to regulate fermentation parameters. The application of organic fertilizer turner to operate the fermentation pile is the most common and effective method. The role of organic fertilizer turner in composting production includes stirring materials, adjusting the temperature of the material pile, improving the permeability of the material pile, adjusting the moisture content of the raw material pile, and implementing special requirements for composting technology.

After adopting a chain plate flipper, the fermentation workshop can be divided into a feeding area, a fermentation area, and a discharge area because the flipper moves the materials backwards at a fixed distance during the flipping process. The fermentation raw materials only need to be transported to the feeding area, and can be moved to the discharge area during the flipping process through a stacker. This is different from the all in and all out fermentation mode, which requires the use of a forklift to carry out material distribution and discharge work throughout the entire fermentation area.
