The workflow of a powdered fertilizer packaging machine can generally be divided into the following stages:
Powdered material is fed into the packaging scale's hopper via a conveyor, with an automatic level control system ensuring continuous supply. High-precision load cells are used in conjunction with a three-stage feeding process (fast/medium/slow); PID dynamic compensation keeps accuracy within ≤±0.2%. For ultra-fine or bridging-prone materials, a screw metering option is available, utilizing a large-pitch, anti-bridging screw to resolve uneven discharge.
Automatic filling occurs after metering. The sealing stage features an independent constant-temperature system with dual-channel temperature control; it accommodates thick and composite films, ensuring secure, leak-proof seals without bag bulging. High-end models integrate a sealing solution that combines heat-sealing for the inner bag with stitching for the outer bag.
Finished packages are discharged via a conveyor belt. The equipment automatically tracks production output and corrects bag length, while triggering alarms and halting operations in the event of anomalies. The entire line operates as an unmanned, closed-loop system.
