After treatment,the manure(cow manure,sheep manure,chicken manure,pig manure,duck manure,etc)is directly transported to the raw material silo(or raw material mixer).
The material is conveyed to the rotary drum granulator ,and the saturated steam(or water)is introduced at the same time.The material form a rolling material bed with the friction effect generated by the rotation of the drum granulator.The extrusion pressure generated by the rolling causes the material containing liquid phase to agglomerate into small particles,which become the core and adhere to the surrounding powder to form qualified particles.
Deliver to the organic fertilizer dryer for heat exchange with the heat from the hot blast stove.
The fine particles are directly returned to the rotary drum granulator and continue to participate in the ahesion of particles as the core in the organic fertilizer manufacturing process.The screened semi-finished particles are delivered to the organic fertilizer cooler to cool the fertilizer with natural or forced cold air.It is delivered to the finished product screening machine,and the large particles are crushed by the crusher and then returned to the drum granulator to continue to participate pelletilizing.
The qualified products after screening are sent to the coating machine for coating treatment.

The production of livestock manure organic fertilizer by drum granulation process has the following advantages:
Steam introduction into the material layer of the drum to improve the temperature of the granulated material,dissolve the salt of the granulated material,achieve the high liquid content under the low moisture content to meet the liquid volume required for the material granulation,and reduce the evaporation water volume of the drying process.
The inner wall of the drum is lined with a number of soft rubber plates or polyproprlene plates,and the corresponing positions of the drum are provided with air holes.When the inner lining is transferred from the bottom to the top at the same time,the inner lining sags due to the relationship of the self weight,so that the materials adhered to the inner lining fall down due to the gravity,achieving the effect of automatic cleaning of the binding materials.
During the operation,the operator can observe the balling of materials at any time,and take corresponding measures timesly as required to ensure the normal operation of the system.
