Working principle of double roller granulator:
This series of double roller granulator belongs to extrusion sliding model. Its working principle is that the belt and pulley are driven by the motor and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and they work in the opposite direction by synchronizing with the passive shaft through the split gear. The materials are added from the feeding hopper, extruded by rollers, demoulded and pelletized, and transported to the crushing Screen Studio through a pair of chains. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized.
Advantages of double roller granulator:
1. There is no need to add additional binders. The commonly used domestic compound fertilizer production method is steam granulation. After the water vapor condenses and crystallizes between the material molecules, it acts as a binder in the manufacturing process. However, in the drying process, the water inside and on the surface of the particles must be driven out, otherwise the fertilizer will easily stick and agglomerate during storage. However, the
fertilizer granulation machine does not require additional additives, only uses the intermolecular force of the material itself, which simplifies the process and reduces energy consumption.
2. Energy saving and consumption reduction. Extrusion granulation means that the material is granulated at room temperature. Compared with other methods, it does not require drying measures such as fuel oil and gas.
3. Lower investment. Because the drying process is omitted, the return ratio is low (accounting for about 15% of the total feed volume of the extruder), the process flow is simple, and the investment is low.
4.
