Requirements for the control system in the production of complete set of organic fertilizer processing equipment

1. In order to ensure the continuity and smoothness of materials during the processing of organic fertilizer processing equipment, each equipment in the main flow shall be started one by one in a delayed manner against the flow direction of materials during the startup process, while the shutdown process shall be delayed along the flow direction of materials to ensure that all materials in the equipment are emptied as much as possible.

2. In the production process, if any equipment in the main process fails, it is required to take the failed equipment as the boundary. All equipment in the incoming direction to the failed equipment shall be immediately interlocked for shutdown to prevent material blockage, and the rest of equipment shall be shut down in a delayed sequence.

3. Before starting relevant sections, the dedusting air network equipment must take priority over the startup and operation of the section and lag behind the shutdown of the section to ensure the dedusting effect in the production process.

4. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the production process, even in the automatic operation state, if a fault is found on the site, it should also be able to timely interlock the shutdown.

5. The convenience of installation, commissioning and maintenance of organic fertilizer processing equipment shall be considered, and manual operation buttons shall be set on site.

6. The whole production process shall be monitored and controlled visually in the centralized control room. In case of failure, alarm shall be given in time for maintenance.
