The pig manure and chicken manure can be used the organic fertilizer raw materials in the organic fertilizer manufacturing process to produce the organic fertilizer granulator.So we share the project simply how to use the pig manure and chicken manure to produce the organic fertilizer granulator.

1.In the organic fertilizer production line the main raw material is animal manure.The ingredients(straw tobacco,mango planting and processing waste,etc.)can be crushed and some nitrogen,phosphate rock powder etc,can be added properly.Adjust the ratio  of nutrients to carbon and nitrogen,carbon to phosphorus,ph value etc.After treatment,the moisture content of raw materials is 60%-65%,and the C/N ration is 20-30.If the production of bio organic fertilizer which is designed the bio fertilizer production line to produce the bioorganic fertilizer granulator,requires the addition of benefical bacteria and functional bacteria,it is generally required to add when the material temperature is less than 40 ° C after thee high temperature period of fermentation,,and the paddle type throwing machine can control the material in the tank in sections,which is convenient for operation,making full use of the equipment's batching and mixing function ,fermentation and mixing function,mixing and drying function,so as to simplify the fertilizer manufacturing process.
The process design is:batching,mixing,fermentation,aging(rotten),drying integrated workshop,reduce the multiple handing of materials.
2.The organic fertilizer raw material fermentation adopts the aerobic fermentation process,the paddle type tipping machine and the paddle(rotating tooth type,positive and reverse rotation)to cut the tipping materials,which can make the materials in the tank move backward when tipping,and each time the material moves backward about 2.2M,the equipment can be applied to the continuous fermentation process,for example,one feed and the other feed,or the batch fermentation process(for example,the whole tank feed)After fermentation,the whole tank will be discharged;the tipping machine has the mixing function and can be used as a mixer.When batching,the materials laid in layers can be stirred evenly and enter the fermentation area(or fermentation period),which can greatly save the investment of raw matrerial premixing equipment,material loading and unloading,transportation and premixing workload.The width of fermentation tank is 61110mm,the clear width is 5910mm,the depth of tank is 1350mm,and the depth of materials layer should be less than it is equal to 1.2 m;the working speed of the dumper is 50m,and the speed of the empty stroke is 100m.The blades of the dumper can rotate forward and backward.
3.According to the treatment capacity,2tons (65% water content) of pig manure are treated per day,with a volume of about 300 cubic meters per day.The design of this scheme is 6 meters wide,1.35 meters deep,and 7 fermentation tanks with a length of 70 meters.The dumper works in two shifts every day,with about 2 dumpers and 1 moving machine.In this scheme,the raw materials are distrbuted to each tank by forklift,and all kinds of materials are required to be evenly distributed in layers;when discharging,the other end of the fermentation tank is used to discharge materials by forklift,and the fermented organic fertilizer is transported to the turnover workshop or processing workshop.
4.When the general fermentation tank is fermented separately,the fermentation tank can be divided into several function sections:batching mixing section(about 5 m),fermentation heating section(about 5 m),high temperature section(about 15 m),cooling section,adding functional bacteria mixing section and the rest is aging drying discharge section.In the drying area,the agitator can agitate and toss for many times,so as to facilitate water flowing.When agaitating,fermenting and drying,the positive and reverse functions of the agitator shall be fully utilized to control the fermentation and drying cycle of the materials in the tank.Sometimes,we can make the pig manure and chicken manure into organic fertilizer granulator using the fertilizer granulator machine,when producing the granualtor it saves more time when consevering and transporting.
