The ingredient equipment is the key to ensuring precise nutrient allocation in fertilizers. Electronic weighing scales use high-precision sensors to measure the weight of raw materials in real time, ensuring that various raw materials are accurately mixed according to predetermined formulas. The ingredient control cabinet centrally controls and manages the entire ingredient process, allowing operators to set ingredient parameters, monitor ingredient status, and ensure the accuracy and stability of ingredients.
Mixing equipment is the core link to ensure fertilizer quality. The V-shaped mixer, due to its unique V-shaped structure, can generate strong convection and diffusion of materials during the mixing process, achieving fast and uniform mixing. This mixer is suitable for mixing various materials with different properties, and can effectively ensure the uniform distribution of nutrients in fertilizers.
Granulation equipment endows fertilizers with good physical properties. The roller extrusion granulator compresses the material into granules through mechanical pressure, without the need to add excessive binders, and can effectively retain the original nutrients of the fertilizer. The particles produced by it have high strength, are not easy to pulverize, and are convenient for storage and transportation.
Drying equipment is an important step in improving fertilizer quality. The rotary dryer uses high-temperature hot air to dry fertilizer particles. By adjusting the hot air temperature, wind speed, and the residence time of the material in the dryer, the moisture content of the fertilizer can be accurately controlled.
The cooling equipment follows closely behind, using air-cooled coolers to rapidly reduce the temperature of fertilizers and improve the hardness and stability of particles through heat exchange between cold air and fertilizer particles.

The coating device covers fertilizer particles with a protective film, slowing down the release rate of fertilizer nutrients and improving fertilizer utilization efficiency.
Finally, the packaging equipment packages the finished fertilizer. The automatic filling machine can quickly and accurately fill fertilizers into packaging bags, while the sealing machine ensures good sealing of the packaging bags. The inkjet printer prints product information on the packaging bag, facilitating product traceability and sales.
