1. Check key components to prevent wear
The fertilizer production line is composed of grinder, mixer, granulator, dryer, screen machine, conveying equipment, etc., which is prone to wear parts during long-term operation.
• Crusher: Check the wear of the blade or hammer, and replace it if necessary to ensure the crushing effect.
• Mixer: Check the mixing blade for residue accumulation, and clean it regularly to prevent agglomeration from affecting the mixing uniformity.
• Fertilizer granulator: Check the mold and drum, and replace it when it is seriously worn to ensure uniform particle formation.
2. Pay attention to lubrication to reduce mechanical losses
During the operation of the equipment, various bearings, gears, chains and other components need to be lubricated regularly to reduce friction losses.

• Ensure that the electric control cabinet is dry and ventilated to avoid short-circuit faults caused by humidity.
4. Clean the inside of the device to prevent blockage
In the process of fertilizer production, some equipment is easy to be blocked due to material residue, which affects the operation efficiency.
• Dryer: regularly clean the ash in the drum to prevent material accumulation affecting the drying effect.
• Screening machine: Check whether the screen is blocked, and clean or replace it in time.
• Conveyor: Clean the residue on the conveyor belt to prevent material accumulation leading to poor delivery.
