Fertilizer production line equipment how to scientific maintenance?

2025/03/13

In the fertilizer production line, all kinds of equipment such as fertilizer granulator, crusher, mixer and other long-term operation, if improper maintenance, not only affect the production efficiency, but also shorten the service life of the equipment. Scientific maintenance measures can effectively reduce failures and improve production stability, especially in the continuous operation environment such as NPK fertilizer production lines.

1. Clean regularly to prevent clogging

In the process of fertilizer production, dust and residual materials are easy to accumulate inside the equipment, which will affect production efficiency and even cause blockage if it is not cleaned up for a long time. For example, if the molding roller of the fertilizer granulator has accumulated material, it will cause uneven particles. Therefore, it should be stopped regularly for inspection, and the key parts should be cleaned with air pressure or brush to keep the equipment smooth.

2. Lubrication maintenance to reduce wear

Transmission parts in the production line, such as bearings, gears, chains, etc., are prone to wear and noise after a long time of operation. The appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be regularly checked and added to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment and reduce friction losses, especially the extrusion system of the NPK fertilizer granulator, where insufficient lubrication may lead to production failures.

3. Check fasteners to prevent loosening

When the production line equipment is running at high speed, the vibration will cause bolts, chains and other parts to loosen. If it is not secured in time, it may cause unstable operation of the device or even mechanical failure. Therefore, the various connecting parts should be checked regularly to ensure that bolts, chains, etc., are in a tight state.

4. Monitor motor and circuit to prevent overload

Motor is the core power device of fertilizer production line, if the load is too high or the circuit is aging, it may lead to unstable operation of the equipment and even burn the motor. The temperature and voltage of the motor should be checked regularly to ensure line safety and avoid affecting production due to power problems.

5. Timely replacement of wearing parts to reduce downtime

In the NPK fertilizer production line, some parts such as screens, mixing blades, pelletizer rollers, etc., are vulnerable parts, which may be damaged after long-term use, affecting production efficiency. Therefore, goods should be prepared in advance according to the use situation, and the wearing parts should be replaced regularly to reduce the loss of downtime caused by equipment failure.
