The disc granulator machine is also called pan granulator,the series disc granulator is new type of tilting disc granulation equipment:it's granulation rate can reach more than 95%.The main gear of granulator is using high frequency quenching,and its severice life is doubled.The disc of the granulation machine has a circular arc structure,which is lined with high strength glass steel,and the bottom of the disc is strengthened by a number of radiated steel plates.It is durable and never deformeed.The design of the thickened,heavier and stronger base does not need to be fixed with anchor bolts,and improves labor intensity and improves labor effeciency.
The working principle:The main motor drives the pulley and the belt to drive the pinion through the reducer,and the pinion is mutually engaged with the large gear fixed on the bottom of the disc,and works in opposite directions.The big gear are specially designed to fit on the spindle mounted on the rack adjustment disc to suppor the work of the entire granulator.
Structure features:The disc granulator can be divided into five parts:
1.Frame part:As the whole body's trnsmission part and roating part are supported by the frame,the force is large.Therefore our the frame parts of our machine are welded by excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel,our machine have through strict quality certification and technical requirements,all have reached the requirements of the application of the machine.
2.Adjustment part:The most important part of the whole machine is the granulation tray,and the whole center of the gravity of the granulation plate is installed on the adjusting part.Our company has adopted the welding of excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel,and has the strict quality certification.All of them have met the requirements of this machine.
3.Transmission part:The transmission part of the whole mchine is particularly important,and the whole work is done according to it.
4.Granulation plate part:The granulation disc angle of the machine is designed with a whole arc,the grain yield can reach moren than 92%.at the bottom of the granulation disk,we use a number of radiaation steel plate to strengthen,so our machine will be durable and never deformation.
5.Automatic feeding part:This part is installed on the top of the granulation plate,which is made of lower frame with automatic cleaning plate to clear the material on the wall in the process of production,greatly improving the severeice life of the machine and saving the labor force.
