The
double roller granulator is mainly used for pressing powder materials which are difficult to be formed. It is characterized by high molding pressure, adjustable rotation number of main engine and equipped with screw feeding device.
There are four reasons for the abrasion of the roller skin of the double roller granulator
- 1. It is affected by the hardness, size and shape of the processed materials. Too hard, too large or too irregular materials are easy to cause uneven wear of roller skin.

- 2. The surface shape and size of the roller as well as the operating conditions will affect the machine.

- 3. It is directly related to the material of roller skin itself. The roller skin with poor material has poor wear resistance, corrosion resistance and short service life.

- 4. Uneven feeding is easy to cause uneven wear of roller skin.
The roller surface wear of the double roller granulator will seriously affect the efficiency of fertilizer production. If it is serious, it is necessary to stop and replace the roller surface. The reason for the roller skin wear is that the roller surface of the double roller granulator will gradually wear during the granulation of materials. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the materials are evenly fed into the granulator along the direction of the roller length. If the feeding is uneven, the roller surface will appear annular groove, which will affect the normal operation of the
fertilizer granulation machine, and the product particle size is uneven. When feeding, the disc feeder not only needs to feed uniformly and continuously, but also has the same length as the roller.
