Use method of flat film extruding granulator:

After adding hyperbolic gear oil into the gearbox of the flat film granulator, the flat film granulator of the organic fertilizer production equipment can be started only after the unit is installed stably and the belt is adjusted properly, and the equipment can be put into production after normal operation.

In the initial application of the new flat film extruding granulator, about 10kg of raw materials are used for trial, so that the film hole is smooth and unblocked, and production can be started; When there are many fine fibers during raw material processing, add 5% water, which will volatilize during extrusion. After processing, loosen the gap adjusting screw; After the machine is shut down, the remaining components on the equipment shall be classified and the equipment shall be maintained.

The flat film extruding granulator shall be free of solid particles, such as small stones, small iron blocks and other solid objects during production to prevent the formation of equipment hazards. After the equipment has been running for 10 working days, the equipment shall be disassembled and filled with high-temperature resistant grease to maintain the use of bearings. Generally, the belt of the gearbox shall be checked for oil leakage.
