The parts to be adjusted mainly include two sets of small wheels, large gears, installation and sealing of incoming and outgoing materials, etc.

1、 Installation of two sets of small wheels for manure dryer of organic fertilizer equipment

After the two sets of small wheels are placed in position, the angle stay wire must be aligned and equal, and the two ends of the stay wire shall be parallel. If there is a height error, it can be padded under the base and handled firmly. The two sides of each set of small supporting wheel must be horizontal. This is very important, which directly affects the stable operation of the whole fecal dryer equipment. The adjustment of the two apertures is the second important part after the small supporting wheel. First adjust the balance around the aperture, adjust the line or use the thimble to refer to the adjustment, then adjust the roundness of the aperture. During adjustment, loosen the backing plate at the symmetrical position first, and fix it tightly after adjustment. Spot welding and firm fixation are preferred. Secondly, the gap between the small supporting wheel and the large aperture should be symmetrical, which is mainly determined by adjusting the height and inclination of the small supporting wheel.

2、 Adjustment of big gear of manure dryer in organic fertilizer equipment

The adjustment head of the big gear is the adjustment of the spring steel plate, and the adjustment method is consistent with the adjustment of the big aperture. The meshing of tooth surface is the key to adjust the big gear. First, the bite of the tooth surface should be uniform and pay attention to the inclination. Second, the distance between the tooth head and the tooth bottom is 6mm. Pay attention to the uniformity of both sides when adjusting the tooth surface. Check it with a feeler gauge and press lead wire. After adjustment, the fixing shall be completed with force and marked. The pinion base shall also be marked for inspection in production. The bridge base must be reinforced and firmly fixed, and marked around it. It can be checked once per shift.
