Material enters the gap between two counter-rotating rollers via screw or gravity feed. Huaqiang Equipment utilizes a horizontal forced-feeding design to prevent material “bridging” and ensure a continuous, stable supply.
Compressive forces ranging from tens to hundreds of tons are generated between the rollers, compacting powdered material into high-density, ribbon-like sheets (or “cakes”). The hydraulic system provides adjustable, constant pressure, ensuring optimal molding results for various types of materials.
The compacted sheets enter the crushing and granulation system, undergoing two stages of crushing (coarse and fine) to form uniform granules.
Finished granules are sorted via a vibrating screen; qualified granules proceed to packaging, while undersized fines are automatically recycled for re-granulation, creating a fully enclosed loop with zero waste generation.
Throughout the process, the material forms naturally through intermolecular forces and mechanical interlocking without the need for binders. The resulting granules possess high strength and resistance to crumbling, making them particularly suitable for premium fertilizer products that demand strict granule hardness standards.
